This week it is our privilege to recognize Fran Welch on her 15th anniversary of dedicated service as Head Custodian at First Baptist Church of Morehead City. Throughout these 15 years, Fran has consistently demonstrated excellence in her work and a genuine commitment to serving others. She is always willing to assist church members and staff with any need, approaching every request with a pleasant attitude and a caring spirit.

Fran’s warm, personable nature makes everyone feel welcome and valued. Her dependability, attention to detail, and commitment to doing an excellent job have been a tremendous asset to our church. We are deeply grateful for Fran’s faithful service, the exceptional quality of her work, and, most importantly, the kindness and care she shows to everyone she meets. Congratulations, Fran, on 15 wonderful years of service!

This class is a place for young families to belong, grow, and walk together in faith. If you’re looking for community and encouragement as you navigate everyday family life, we would love for you to join us!

Family Ties begins Sunday, August 30. We hope to see you there!

(Cost of $11.52 - weekly reading is required!)

Participants will work toward enhancing their ability to offer Christ-centered care to peers through authentic connection, active listening skills, and the filter of grace. Certain active participants will be invited to further their skills and apply them in practice following the completion of the class.
