Prayer Shawl Ministry

Wednesday's 10am-11am

Conference Room

The meetings are very informal and quite relaxed. They talk, share, and learn from each other as the knit prayer shawls to be given out to people in the community. Those who recieve the shawls may be sick or bereaving. Sometimes they are celebrating a special time in the life such as a wedding, birth of a baby, or a "milestone" birthday. Our prayer is that the recipient will feel the love, comfort, and joy that was put into making the shawl.


Faith and Fitness for Women of All Ages 10:30am in the Family Life Center Led by Susan King Bring an exercise mat or you can sit on a chair. Exercise at whatever level you are able to do. Come and enjoy a great time of Faith and Fellowship!

	Adult Discipleship Studies We offer short term studies on Wednesday evenings for the purpose of providing a deeper understanding of your faith journey. New classes normally begin in September and January. Click here for a detail list of the studies and to sign up. A nursery is available for children birth - 3 years of age.

ALL WEDNESDAY ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN

Mission Friends (4 & 5 Year Olds, Those in Kindergarten)
Preschool is an exciting time in children’s lives, where they rapidly grow to understand the world around them. It’s during this time that they develop a spiritual understanding about who God is and how they play a part in His plan for the world. That’s why we have Mission Friends — to provide the building blocks of faith to preschoolers and raise a basic awareness of God’s love for all people. A missions heart will become entwined in their hearts as they grow to know God and the missions message of the Bible.

They meet in room #E-105C in the Kids Corner

Children in Action (1st - 3rd Grade) 6:30-7:30pm
Kids are in a unique stage of life where they are curious, eager to learn and receptive to truth. It’s during this time that they can develop a spiritual foundation for the rest of their lives — one that includes a love for their neighbor and a desire to share the good news of Jesus. Through missions discipleship, children come to understand that God can use them now — even while they are young — to make a difference.

They meet in room E-104 in the Kids Corner

Club 45 (4th & 5th Grade Pre-Teen Ministry) 6:30-7:30pm
Club 45 is a ministry exclusively for children in grades 4 & 5 where pre-teens can come and find others who are dealing with the same issues they face. They will worship, learn, hangout and grow closer to God. We want them to learn the things that are acceptable and pleasing to God and then run toward those things and not the pressures of the world.

They meet in room M-202 upstairs in our Main Building.


	Wednesday Nite Life (Students in Grades 6-12) - 6:00pm - 7:30pm The youth (Middle & High School) meet upstairs in the Youth Suite for fellowship, praise band practice, and Bible study. Contact the church office or email Amanda Monroe amonroe@fbcmhc.org for more information.
