But Noah was different. God liked what he saw in Noah.

This week we will discuss "Being Different."

As you read through the Bible, you will notice that God likes and uses all kinds of Different people. Noah was different , he didn't listen to all the naysayers . God recognized that he was different and asked him to do something a little different by building an ark. Would you build an ark in your back yard or would you be afraid to be different ?

Acts 22:2-3
He continued, "I am a good Jew, born in Tarsus in the province of Cilicia, but educated here in Jerusalem under the exacting eye of Rabbi Gamaliel, thoroughly instructed in our religious traditions. And I've always been passionately on God's side, just as you are right now.

OK Ladies , do you want your husband to be passionate all the time.? Before I open up that can of worms, just let me say God wants us always to passionately be on His side. We can't be wishy washy and be passionate for God sometimes, it's gotta be Passionate all the time !

Wait passionately for God, don't leave the path. He'll give you your place in the sun while you watch the wicked lose it.

Have you ever watched a kid as they wait for something they really want..such as a trip to Disney Land...or a trip to the toy store....or when their parents tell them they can have a puppy. The excitement just beams out of them. They are so passionate they could bust. God wants that passion from you...and that's a lot better than a puppy.

1 Kings 8:54-55
Having finished praying to God?all these bold and passionate prayers?Solomon stood up before God's Altar where he had been kneeling all this time, his arms stretched upward to heaven. Standing, he blessed the whole congregation of Israel, blessing them at the top of his lungs:

Have you ever wondered if God sometimes thinks our prayers lack meaning. Especially when we keep praying the same prayer over and over without feeling. God must want us to pray our prayers like we mean it with passion and enthusiasm.
